  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our premium golf equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as when received
  • Original packaging must be intact, including all tags and protective coverings
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Golf balls (once packaging is opened)
  • Batteries (for electric trolleys and other equipment)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

  • All accessories that came with the product

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

For exchanges, standard shipping fees will apply for the replacement item(s).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Exchange Policy

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as a Callaway driver with manufacturing flaws or a Big Max electric trolley that doesn’t function properly):
